PARK RIDGE, IL (October 21, 2025) – Republican U.S. Senate candidate Casey Chlebek today unveiled the Young Adult American Dream Act, a key proposal under his MAGNA Agenda (Making America the Greatest Nation Again) to eliminate federal income taxes for all Americans under age 23—or under 26 for full-time students, married couples, or young parents. The plan aims to give the next generation a fair start in life amid record-high rent, student debt, and stagnant wages.

“Young Americans today aren’t less ambitious—they’re just starting further behind,” said Chlebek. “This plan gives them a fair chance to catch up, to save, to build, and to believe again in the promise of the American Dream. When we help young Americans start life on a strong footing, we strengthen the country they’ll one day lead.”

Under the proposal, a typical worker earning $40,000 a year would keep an additional $3,500 to $4,200 annually in take-home pay. For young couples or parents, that benefit could reach $8,000 per year—money that can go toward paying off student debt, building savings, or buying a first home. Economists estimate the plan could boost GDP by up to $85 billion annually, create as many as 500,000 new jobs, and strengthen small businesses through increased consumer participation.

The Young Adult American Dream Act builds upon earlier pillars of Chlebek’s MAGNA Agenda—including proposals to abolish property taxes, end double taxation on retirement income and Social Security, and launch a five-year federal tax holiday for new small businesses.

“Every generation before Millennials and Gen Z had a better deal,” Chlebek added. “It’s time to give this one the same chance—to work hard, save, and own a piece of the American Dream.”
